We're looking for a sharp, organised Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of translation projects from start to finish. You'll be the bridge between our clients and our network of professional translators.
What you'll do
- Coordinate and manage translation projects end-to-end
- Communicate with clients to understand requirements and manage expectations
- Assign and brief our network of specialist translators
- Ensure every project is delivered on time and to our quality standards
- Identify opportunities to improve our operational workflows
What we're looking for
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Calm and effective under pressure
- Experience in the translation or localisation industry is a strong plus

- Build long-term business partnerships on behalf of Wordhub
- Represent Wordhub professionally to corporate clients
- Help expand our presence across Greece and internationally
- Collaborate with our team to convert leads into ongoing clients

This is not an employment position — it's a freelance partnership for independent professionals and registered businesses. Whether you specialise in legal, medical, technical, or general texts, and regardless of your language pair, we want to hear from you.
What you'll do
- Translate documents across various subject areas and language pairs
- Provide consecutive or simultaneous interpretation services when needed
- Ensure accuracy, style consistency, and timely delivery
- Collaborate with our project managers for smooth handoffs
- Review and proofread translations as required
What we're looking for
- Native or near-native proficiency in at least two languages
- Degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in professional translation or interpreting
- Ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Familiarity with CAT tools (Trados, memoQ, etc.) is a plus
- Specialization in a specific field (legal, medical, technical, financial) is a plus
